About the Blog
Becoming a new mom can be the most excited feeling on earth. But for a preemie mom it is a roller coaster of emotions – excitement, joy, fear, and hope all at the same time. The first sight of the child in incubator with wires attached to their tiny bodies may be painful and nerve-wracking. As a proud mom of two preemies, I know how hard it is. The days spent in the NICU with our child is the most difficult phase of our life. It is then we realize that each day is “blessed one.”
A heartfelt thanks to all the NICU nurses and doctors who take care of our “little warriors” when in hospital. Once they come home, we are more concerned about their growth pattern, their IQ development, when will they catch up with their peers etc. Don’t worry mommies you are not alone, this blog ‘preemienmom.com’ is created for all those preemie moms. You can post all your curious questions related to their nutrition, diet, growth, general health etc. We have a dedicated and expert team who will be answering your queries.
And for all those moms who are willing to share your experience with a preemie, we will soon have a community page where you could pen down your journey along with the pictures your little rockstar so that it inspires, comforts and motivates another preemie mom. And finally do spread the word by sharing it to your friends and family .
Thank You
